    ABC has announced the episode schedule for the remaining episodes of the third installment of its "The Bachelor" show, and in an apparent Ratings Sweeps scheduling stunt, ABC has scheduled the two hour series finale not for its usual Wednesday evening timeslot, but instead for Sunday, May 18th.

  • 'American Idol 2' grand finale to air on Tuesday May 20th & Wednesday May 21st

    FOX has announced that second season of "American Idol" will conclude with a two-part live grand finale Tuesday, May 20 (8:00-9:00 PM ET Live/PT Tape Delayed) and Wednesday, May 21 (8:00-10:00 PM ET Live/PT Tape Delayed) on FOX. Tuesday evening's show will feature the final competition performances between the two finalists. Wednesday's final episode will reveal the results of America's votes and the next American Idol. The two-night concert spectacular will be broadcast from the Universal Amphitheatre in Hollywood, CA.
  • NBC's upcoming 'Last Comic Standing' reality series to repeat on Comedy Central cable channel

    NBC has announced that it has licensed a "second-window" (ie. repeat airing) of NBC’s upcoming summer series The Last Comic Standing: The Search For The Funniest Person in America to cable’s Comedy Central network. The Last Comic Standing will debut this summer on NBC and each episode will be re-broadcast on Comedy Central within a week of its NBC premiere. In addition to receiving a talent contract with NBC, the winner will also now receive his/her own stand-up comedy special on Comedy Central.
  • 'Extreme Makeover' premiere rescheduled to Thursday, April 10th at 9PM ET

    ABC has announced that the first of seven new one-hour specials of "Extreme Makeover" has been rescheduled to premiere on Thursday, April 10 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network. Each of the seven self-contained episodes will feature two people, first in their "before" phase, then as they undergo their various procedures, and finally, when the end results are revealed to their families. Following nationwide open casting calls and over 7000 applicants, the first two lucky individuals - Kine and Tammy - were chosen for the once-in-a-lifetime chance to participate in "Extreme Makeover."
